About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the teaching staff to deliver tailored support to students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing lesson plans, providing one-to-one support, and building strong relationships with parents.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Education or related field.
  • Proven experience working with children with SEND.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced DBS and two professional references.

Work Environment:
