Cumberland is committed to providing a high-quality education to our pupils, and we are seeking an exceptional Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
- This part-time, fixed-term position offers an exciting opportunity to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (term time, plus 5 INSET days), in the mornings, supporting the class teacher and undertaking daily Midday Supervision duties.
- The successful applicant will have experience working in an Early Years Setting/Class, with children of varying abilities and needs, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in the relevant subject and GCSE English and Maths grade C or above
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
£20,092 - £30,990 per annum (pro rata for part-time), depending on qualifications and experience. The estimated salary range for this role is approximately £23,411 per annum, based on a 37-hour working week.
