We are seeking a skilled and passionate Early Years Educator to join our school community in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children and contributing to their personal growth and development.
Main Responsibilities:
- To design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Reception curriculum and promote student engagement
- To develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports students' social, emotional, and academic growth
- To communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and ensure a collaborative approach to education
Essential Requirements:
- QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record
- Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and adapt to changing circumstances
