The Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about working with children and young people with additional needs.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is patient, empathetic, and committed to promoting the well-being of students.

As a Learning Support Specialist, you will:

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH).
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support during lessons and activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their confidence and independence.

We offer a competitive salary range of £14.65-£15 per hour, depending on experience. This role requires a driver with access to a vehicle due to the location.
