Eton College offers a unique opportunity for a skilled Development Professional to join our team and drive philanthropic partnerships forward. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive regular and annual giving strategy, aligning with Eton's short, medium, and long-term vision.

Your primary focus will be on devising and managing a fundraising and engagement strategy that promotes a sustainable culture of philanthropy, ensuring effective collaboration with the Director of Development and Executive Director of Communications, Engagement and Development.

You will work closely with team members to ensure the successful execution of regular and annual giving activities, prepare and manage detailed plans for appeal execution, and conduct data analysis to inform donor engagement strategies.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in philanthropy, ideally with experience in database management, donor engagement, and volunteer management. You will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note that the salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
