Academics is seeking a Psychology Graduate to support the learning and well-being of children in a Primary School setting.

This role is ideal for a Psychology Graduate looking to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world context, whilst gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive team.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to children with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom
  • Assisting children with their understanding of teacher instructions
  • Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or with small groups in the Learning Support department
  • Recording and tracking pupil progress
