Chase Medical is partnering with an award-winning GP Practice in Northampton to find a highly skilled Lead Nurse. This medium-sized surgery has a loyal patient demographic and offers a collaborative working environment.

The successful candidate will lead the clinical duties of the nursing team, ensuring staff are up-to-date with training, aware of the practice's goals and aims, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse to join a supportive team of GPs and make a real difference in the lives of patients. With a focus on long-term conditions management, smears, and immunisations, this role requires a skilled and dedicated professional who can drive clinical excellence.

In terms of compensation, the successful candidate can expect a salary between £26-28 per hour (negotiable higher DOE) plus benefits including NHS pension, indemnity, and 5 weeks annual leave (pro rata).
