About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our close-knit team as we experience record sales and lead the charge in providing enterprise-grade data intelligence to the events market.

As a Commercial Account Manager, you'll be responsible for the success of FIXR's top-tier organizers, ensuring the protection and growth of our key accounts. You'll develop strong relationships built on market intelligence and insights, providing true business partnership to organizers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with senior personnel within the organizer base to understand their business requirements and educate/sell them on how FIXR can support their success.
  • Own the smooth transition from Sales to Account Management and ensure successful onboarding and go live.
  • Create a business review cadence that ensures Organizers feel supported and valued.
  • Be the first-level contact for client queries to ensure operational requirements are fully supported.
  • Consistent reporting on account performance and forecasting.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of account management/customer success experience with commercially focused targets.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, who thrives off analyzing data to identify areas to improve customer performance and implement relevant strategies to deliver that success.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of working at different levels within the organizer's team as well as internally harnessing relevant functions to deliver success for the portfolio of accounts under management.
  • Highly organized and analytical using data to create insight and recommendations for organizers to drive success.
  • Some international travel may be required.
