Job Summary:

As a Quality Assurance Manager within the Carlsberg Group, you will be responsible for overseeing quality and food safety across the Northampton Brewery. Reporting to the Head of Quality, your key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Food Safety and environmental standards, conducting audits, and leading a team of Quality Specialists.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and leading a team of quality professionals in a Brewing or Food industry environment. A Diploma in Brewing and Packaging or University degree with necessary experience from a relative role in industry is required. Strong Leadership skills with a proven track record of change management in driving quality improvements are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
