Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Overview:
We are recruiting a Quality Engineer to join our client's team in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and make a real impact in the manufacturing industry.
The Job Description:
- Ensure effective implementation of quality control measures, including inspection plans and statistical process control (SPC).
- Work closely with suppliers to address quality concerns, conduct audits, and establish collaborative relationships.
- Contribute to the development of Lean manufacturing tools, such as 8d, six sigma, and kaizen, to drive process improvement.
The Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a diploma or professional certificate in Quality Management and experience working with Lean manufacturing tools. A strong understanding of quality engineering principles and ability to communicate effectively are essential.
