About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our team as a Roof Glazing and Ventilation specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our high-quality manufactured range of daylight systems, including roof glazing, roof windows, roof domes, large glass systems, daylight windows, glazing ventilation systems, smoke exhaust systems, and heat systems, to architects, building surveyors, tier 1 contractors, roofing contractors, and installers.

Your primary goal is to achieve circa £1m turnover, targeting large project sizes from £20k-£350k+, predominantly commercial projects such as universities, colleges, gyms, and hospitals. You will work closely with internal and external support teams and colleagues to maximize the sales process, following the design build process through to installation.

The ideal candidate must have experience selling technical related products, such as glass, glazing, roof windows, daylight systems, glazing systems, cladding, facades, canopies, roof lights, skylights, ceilings, curtain walling, and smoke ventilation systems. They should have sold through specification via architects or tier 1 contractors and have contacts with large tier 1 contractors or architect practices. A strong determined work ethic with ambition to grow their sales career is essential, along with computer literacy skills and experience conducting CPDs.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 + 25% bonus, accompanied by a £625 car allowance and full benefits package.
