Physiotherapist - Rotational Programme

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our 6-month rotational programme in the Acute and Specialist Services department at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced Physiotherapist to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive acute NHS setting. You will work as an autonomous practitioner under supervision, providing high-quality patient-focused care through assessment, diagnosis, development, and delivery of individual treatment programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide physiotherapy services to patients across a range of specialties, including respiratory care, neurology, and orthopaedics.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
- Contribute to the weekend rota and 24-hour on-call service, providing support and care to patients outside of regular working hours.
- Participate in departmental audit and research projects to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work across different locations and shifts.
