We are seeking an exceptional Senior English Curriculum Lead to join our team at The Holden School. As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging and challenging curricula that cater to the diverse needs of our learners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and delivering curriculum plans that align with national guidelines and exceed student expectations.
  2. Leading the development of assessment strategies to measure student progress and inform instruction.
  3. Mentoring and supporting teachers to enhance their teaching practices and student outcomes.
  4. Collaborating with colleagues to develop whole-school initiatives and policies that promote academic excellence.
  5. Monitoring student progress and making data-driven decisions to adjust instruction and improve outcomes.

About The Holden School:

We are a Therapeutic Led Trauma Informed School providing individualised curriculums for our students. Our dedicated team works together to ensure successful outcomes for pupils who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life. We pride ourselves in steering pupils in the right direction, nurturing aspiration to progress them academically and socially.

Salary: £40,000 (based on location and industry standards).
