Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Training 2000. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing diaries, emails, and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  2. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
  3. Organise and maintain digital and physical files for easy access to information.
  4. Track project progress, deadlines, and key deliverables.
  5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the manager.
  6. Take minutes in meetings and follow up on action points.
  7. Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
  8. Leverage business administration practices to improve operational efficiency.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless workflow.
