We are seeking a skilled Academic Behaviour Coach to support students in achieving their best results.

About the Role:
  • Support students who exhibit poor behaviours, focusing on maths and English attainment.
  • Liaise with staff, Managers, and Heads of Studies to ensure consistency and effective communication.
  • Conduct investigations and handle behavioural incidents as needed.
  • Work closely with vulnerable students and parents/guardians to promote positive behaviour.
Responsibilities:
  1. Provide guidance and support to students, enabling them to make informed decisions about their learning and behaviour.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for improving student engagement and progress.
  3. Monitor and record initiatives, interventions, and meetings to inform data-driven decision-making.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents/guardians, and staff to ensure effective communication and support.
Requirements:
  • A trauma-informed approach to engaging students and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in supporting students with challenging behaviours is desirable.
What We Offer:

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
