Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a Community Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IV therapy treatments to patients in their own homes.
### Key Responsibilities
* Administer medical treatments such as IV infusions, injections, and parenteral nutrition
* Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on helping individuals regain independence and meet their healthcare goals
* Visit 1-3 patients per day, with travel across the region included as part of your working hours
