We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Growth Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our account base through regular communication with various stakeholders to ensure sales volume increases and excellent customer service is delivered.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling an engineered product or solution and be able to establish and maintain relationships with accounts. They will also be responsible for communicating new product propositions to prospective customers, planning and preparing responses to prospective customers, and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management database.
We are looking for someone who is a quick absorber of training and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels. They will also be responsible for promoting and developing our corporate image and reputation and contributing to the overall business development plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with accounts
- Communicate new product propositions to prospective customers
- Plan, prepare and deliver responses (inclusive of presentations) to prospective customers
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management database and produce a monthly sales report
- Promote and develop corporate image and reputation and contribute to the overall business development plan
