Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an exceptional communication and relationship builder to manage and develop a number of existing public sector accounts who are using our industry leading software platform.
As a key member of the Business Development team, you will support the integration of newly acquired accounts, while identifying opportunities to upsell products and licences from within their client base.
You will also have the chance to get involved with the technical implementation of software solutions, working closely with both clients to understand their specific needs and the in-house technical teams to ensure solutions meet those requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* 2 years' experience working in a B2B client facing environment in an inside sales or account management role
* Impeccable listening, verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem solving skills with the ability to absorb technical information
* Experience of working with Local Government or public sector bodies would be beneficial
* Full drivers licence with the willingness to travel nationwide and stay overnight when required
