Energy Solutions Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Energy Solutions Business Development Manager to join our team at Astute People. This pivotal role offers a salary range of £62,100 - £84,100 + commission and benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Sell the full range of energy solutions to strategic customers across various industries in the UK.
- Develop and manage pipelines, providing regular updates to management on progress and actions for achieving business goals.
- Create and maintain account plans to optimise sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance solution offerings and increase market opportunities.
- Lead project development from start to finish, involving internal stakeholders to meet business targets.
- Oversee customer contract negotiations and ensure successful execution with legal support.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in business development, sales, and client management within the energy sector. Proven ability to close large deals and manage strategic accounts is essential. Strong understanding of the UK energy market and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders is also required.
