Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a high-end range of modular framing systems and firestop products for HVAC applications to M&E contractors, framework contractors, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct CPD seminars to educate customers on our products and services
- Visit on-site and conduct pull-out/anchor testing to demonstrate product capabilities
- Work closely with regional engineers to provide technical support and guidance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction sales, particularly in the M&E, HVAC, or Plumbing & Heating sectors
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to overcome technical queries
- Commercially astute, professional, and organized with a solution-based sales approach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
