We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Barco Sales Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the South Central UK region.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize sales revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with the office-based sales team to fulfill customer sales and enquiries
- Accurately record all customer data on our internal CRM system
- Monitor and feedback on competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years experience in field sales
- Industry experience in plumbing, heating, or associated sectors is essential
- Excellent communication and numerical skills, with the ability to analyze sales and customer data
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Full UK driving licence required
- Competitive salary from £45,000, negotiable depending on experience, plus bonus
- 20 days holiday (rising to 25 after six months service) plus bank holidays
