About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project and Estates Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with clinical colleagues to resolve day-to-day site issues, contractual challenges, and projects.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of Estates and Facilities management of the Lymington New Forest Hospital (LNFH) estates portfolio and to support the compliance and safety of patients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing contractors using motivational, persuasive and negotiating skills to ensure that the contract requirements are met.
- Monitoring the contracts, planning, and implementing new policies and procedures according to the changing needs of facilities and services within the premise environment in line with all guidance and regulations.
- Supporting the effective day-to-day management and monitoring of an agreed portfolio of Trust contracts.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant knowledge and experience of estates and facilities management in a multi-agency or complex environment, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience.
