We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our retirement developments, and maintaining the highest standards of property management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring they are safe and secure for our residents.
- Provide a high level of customer service, responding to resident queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate events and activities for our residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
- Work closely with our contractors and suppliers to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are carried out to a high standard.
- Manage the administration of our properties, including rent collection, lease management, and resident communication.
- Proven experience in property management, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with residents, contractors, and colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of property management software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
