Lodge Manager

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
As Lodge Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will be essential in maintaining a positive and welcoming community.
Key responsibilities will include organizing activities, coordinating maintenance, and managing contractors, all while ensuring the highest level of service to our residents.
About YouWe are looking for a motivated and organized individual with a passion for customer service. Previous experience in a similar role or industry is desirable, but not essential. What is essential is your ability to work independently, use your own initiative, and be calm under pressure.
You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will ensure that you can meet the demands of this role.
