Project Manager for Estates

Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Project and Estates Manager. This role offers a unique blend of operational management, project work, and facilities/site management responsibilities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of estates and facilities management of the Lymington New Forest Hospital (LNFH) estates portfolio, ensuring the compliance and safety of patients. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of Trust contracts and ensuring contractors meet contract requirements.
- Working closely with clinical colleagues to resolve day-to-day site issues, contractual challenges, and projects.
- Supporting the effective day-to-day management and monitoring of estates and facilities services.
- Developing and implementing new policies and procedures to meet the changing needs of facilities and services.
