About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs
  • Develop and implement activities and events for residents
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in a similar role or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer literacy

Compensation:

  • Salary: £22,500 per annum
