Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that promote the growth and development of our children, staff, and nurseries.
  2. Ensure the effective management of nursery resources, including staff, facilities, and budgets, to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  3. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to your team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and confidence.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the quality of our childcare services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to maintain excellence.
  5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to promote the nursery and ensure the well-being of our children.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required, with a strong understanding of childcare principles and practices.
  2. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  3. A proven track record of managing and developing teams, with experience in childcare or a related field.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues.
  5. Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education.
