About the Role

Job Summary

This is an exceptional chance to shape the careers of aspiring Early Years professionals by supporting learners up to Level 5 in Early Years and Level 3 in Teaching Assistant (desirable).

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver engaging learning experiences that empower learners to excel in their chosen path.
  • Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help learners maximise their potential.
  • Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of your workload and practices to ensure outstanding learner experiences.
Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in Early Years education at Level 3 or above.
  • An understanding of Apprenticeships and Government Training Programmes in Early Years Apprenticeships to Level 5.
  • Vocational competence within Early Years/Child Care at Team Leader level or above.
  • A genuine passion for coaching and training.
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the designated region.
