Ticket and Hospitality Business Development Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ticket and Hospitality Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our ticket and hospitality sales efforts and developing strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all ticket and hospitality sales efforts, including identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on outbound B2B sales efforts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for international agency partners.
  • Build relationships with host venues to ensure smooth delivery of premium hospitality experiences and work in partnership to further sales efforts.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts, identifying key trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7+ years' experience in a ticket and hospitality sales role, ideally within the sports or entertainment industry.
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and the ability to contribute effectively.
  • Experience in considering the customer experience in relation to all ticket sales channels and troubleshooting problems to resolution.
Salary:

$100,000 - $160,000 per annum.
