We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our events team as an Events Assistant Apprentice. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop valuable skills and knowledge in event management, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Overview
The Events Assistant Apprentice role involves supporting our experienced team of event professionals in planning, coordinating, and delivering various events, including conferences, trade shows, outdoor festivals, and corporate galas. You will be responsible for gathering information to assist in venue selection, responding to requests from different teams, providing on-site support during events, and utilising event technology platforms to streamline event management.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering and collating information to support event planning and organisation
- Coordinating logistics and managing delegate registrations
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth event execution
- Utilising event technology platforms and software to enhance event management
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Drive and passion for learning and professional development
- Resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme
- GCSEs at grade 4-9 (A-C) or above in Maths and English

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000. The exact salary will depend on your location and level of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities, travel expenses reimbursement, and a range of employee perks.
