About the Role

We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Slot Utilisation Coordinator in the Dermatology Department at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact patients ahead of their clinic appointments to ensure timely attendance.
  • Deal with patient queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan and coordinate clinic schedules to maximize resource utilization.
  • Support with general administrative duties and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous customer care experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Good standard of English GCSE or equivalent.
  • Understanding of the 18-week RTT process.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
