About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Slot Utilisation Administrator in the Dermatology Department at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact patients ahead of their clinic appointments to ensure timely attendance
  • Deal with patient queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Plan and coordinate patient care to maximize resource utilization
  • Support with general Dermatology administrative duties to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Previous customer care experience
  • Good standard of English GCSE or equivalent
  • Understanding of the 18-week RTT process
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
