About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Slot Utilisation Administrator in the Dermatology Department at Florence Nightingale Community Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact patients ahead of their clinic appointments to ensure timely attendance
  • Deal with patient queries and provide excellent customer care
  • Plan ahead to maximise resource utilisation and reduce waiting times
  • Support with general Dermatology admin duties and ensure patient needs are met
Requirements
  • Previous customer care experience
  • Good standard of English GCSE or equivalent
  • Understanding of the 18-week RTT process
  • Able to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
