About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and flexible individual to join our Dermatology Department as a Slot Utilisation Administrator. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient use of resources within our department, allowing us to provide timely care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact patients ahead of their clinic appointments to ensure they are aware of their scheduled time.
  • Deal with patient queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Plan and coordinate patient appointments to maximise resource utilisation.
  • Support with general administrative duties within the Dermatology department.
Requirements
  • Previous customer care experience.
  • Good standard of English GCSE or equivalent.
  • Understanding of the 18-week RTT process.
  • Able to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
