At Starburst Data, we are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business outcomes across the customer journey, from initial engagement to successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with executive buyers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Craft compelling value propositions that align with the executive buyer's goals and priorities.
- Bulk strong relationships with champions within the customer organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the engagement process.
- Provide expert guidance to champions, helping them navigate internal processes and mobilize resources as needed.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and objectives, identifying new use cases and adoption opportunities.
- Lead the scoping process to define the appropriate set of services for each customer, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of engagements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or project management.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and services, preferably in data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
What We Offer:
