About the Role:

  • Collaborate with client leaders across sales, marketing, finance, and human resources to tackle complex sales management challenges
  • Develop and present consulting deliverables to clients through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Conduct research, including on-site interviews, market research, and surveys, to inform business decisions
  • Lead project teams and manage Business Analyst and Associate Consultant resources to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Create analytical models that simulate or forecast business problems and results, using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Apply logic, business acumen, and AGI methodologies to provide actionable recommendations to clients
  • Prepare high-quality client reports and presentation materials that meet the highest standards
  • Project manage select work streams and focused client engagements to drive successful outcomes

About You:

  • MBA or another advanced degree in marketing or business, preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in economics, business, or engineering
  • 5+ years of work experience with a proven track record of achievement
  • Management consulting, sales, and/or marketing experience is highly valued
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, both quantitative and conceptual, with intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to travel, sometimes on short notice
