Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus payments of up to 2.5% of new business acquired. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 27 days annual leave entitlement (rising to 32 days with service), paid birthday off, and access to Blue Light Card discounts.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager. As a key member of our Executive Management Team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing external relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving commercialization of our services.

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Foster partnerships with property developers, social landlords, and commissioners
  • Drive commercialization of services and identify new revenue streams
  • Oversee data protection compliance and ensure alignment with organizational strategy and budgetary targets
