Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Employment Advisor. This role involves working with jobseekers, promoting our services within the local community, and supporting individuals to achieve their career goals.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with local employers to promote our services and identify new employment opportunities.
  • Delivering training sessions to jobseekers, covering topics such as CV writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
  • Working closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to support jobseekers in achieving their career goals.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a sales or marketing environment, preferably in a public sector setting.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including employers and jobseekers.
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
