We are looking for individuals who can provide person-centred support to service users with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour, enabling them to experience personal development opportunities.

Job Description
  • To provide individualised support to service users in their daily lives, promoting independence and confidence.
  • To work collaboratively with the service user's support network, including family members and other professionals, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs and goals.
  • To participate in the planning and implementation of person-centred support plans, focusing on the service user's strengths and aspirations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users, families, and colleagues. They should also have a strong understanding of the principles of person-centred support and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

Creative Support offers a competitive salary range of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive team environment that values work-life balance.
