Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an IT Apprentice. As part of this role, you will provide first-line IT support to our schools, resolving hardware and software issues, and working on network architecture to enhance your skills and reach your full potential.

Salary and Benefits

This position comes with a competitive salary of £12,506 per annum, which will increase to the National Minimum Wage for your age after one year. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 27 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, and a Platinum accreditation for Investors in People.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent IT and data input skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. A passion for IT and relevant GCSE qualifications (Grade 4/C in Maths and 5/C in English) are essential.

Your Training with Baltic

This apprenticeship program provides you with the skills, qualification, and experience needed to become an effective IT Support Technician. Upon completion, you will have gained a Level 3 IT Apprenticeship and be well-equipped to take on more challenging roles in the industry.
