Job Title: SEN Education Professional

We are seeking an experienced SEN Education Professional to join our team at Teaching Personnel.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide high-quality educational support to children with SEN. This will involve assisting with IEPs, providing behaviour support, and collaborating with parents and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in implementing IEPs and providing targeted support to children with SEN.
  • Provide behaviour support to children with SEMH – social, emotional and mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in behaviour support.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (desirable but not essential).
  • A minimum of Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
