Care Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team in the Tudhoe area. As a Care Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
You will have the opportunity to work within a positive behaviour support framework, develop your skills as a practitioner, and contribute to a friendly and motivated team. We offer competitive pay, a pension with company contribution, and 28 days of annual leave.
A car driver is preferable, as there is an opportunity to drive service users' cars to participate in activities in the community. Full training is provided, and we actively encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds and cultures.
Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
