Entry-Level IT Career Opportunity

Baltic Apprenticeships is seeking an enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality 1st line IT support services across our schools, identifying and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

About the Job
  • Pursue a Level 3 IT Apprenticeship, led by our experienced training team.
  • Offer exceptional customer service through our ticketing system.
  • Quickly resolve complex IT problems to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Develop expertise in diverse network configurations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Professional Development

You will receive comprehensive guidance and support from your dedicated workplace mentor and the Baltic team.

Work Schedule and Perks
  • Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 4 PM
  • Friday: 8 AM - 3:30 PM
  • A generous annual leave allowance: 27 days + bank holidays
Essential Skills
  • Basic IT knowledge and data entry skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong passion for technology.
  • Maths Grade 4/C and English GCSE Grade 5/C.
Salary Information:

£18,000 - £20,000 per year, based on location and experience.
