Brook Street UK Careers is seeking a highly organized Course Coordinator to join their team in Huntingdon. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of courses by managing stock levels, course materials, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and course delegates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Organize and manage the training stock room to ensure efficient course delivery
* Maintain adequate stock levels for all course materials and kits
* Prepare and update course sheets to ensure accuracy
* Invoicing customers for courses and chasing payments when necessary
* Coordinate with delegates and speakers to ensure smooth course delivery
* Ensure all course materials are prepared and delivered on time
* Collect and process course/training materials post-event
* Respond to email enquiries in a timely manner
* Liaise with the sales team and other departments as required
* Handle and process customer complaints
* Answer customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department when needed

**About the Role:**

As a Course Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of courses. You will work closely with internal teams and course delegates to manage stock levels, course materials, and communication.
