About the Role:

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Course Coordinator to join our team at Brook Street NMR. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of courses by managing stock levels, course materials, and maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and course delegates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and manage the training stock room to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient course delivery.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels for all course materials and kits, and prepare and update course sheets to ensure accuracy.
  • Invoice customers for courses and chase payments when necessary, and take payments over the phone.
  • Coordinate with delegates and speakers to ensure smooth course delivery, and ensure that all course materials are prepared and delivered on time.
  • Collect and process course/training materials post-event, and respond to email enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with the sales team and other departments as required, and handle and process customer complaints.
  • Answer customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department when needed, and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for maintaining stock sheets, course data, and managing invoicing.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are required to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient course delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to maintain effective communication with internal teams and course delegates.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively is essential to meet deadlines and ensure smooth course delivery.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle enquiries and complaints with professionalism, and experience in a similar administrative, customer service, or coordinator role is advantageous.
