Job Description

PSR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role will involve working on Residential groundworks projects in the Civil Engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end commercial aspects of assigned projects to maximize value and collaborate with the Finance and Procurement departments.
  • Work with the project team to evaluate the impact of budget changes.
  • Forecast monthly and annual profit figures, ensuring accuracy throughout the project's lifetime.
  • Conduct site visits to administer the contract in line with project progress.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or a similar commercial-related course.
  • Highly computer literate, including Microsoft Office, and confident in managing and working with large data sets.
  • Residential Groundworks background is ideal.
  • Good data interrogation skills.
  • Excellent legal/contractual knowledge.
