About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Mountain Healthcare Ltd as a Forensic Quality Assurance Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Forensic Science Regulator and UKAS, to ensure smooth and effective external assessments.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on quality management and regulatory compliance to senior management and other teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards, and ensure our organization remains compliant.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or equivalent level of qualification in a relevant subject, and/or proven relevant work experience.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Experience of providing high-quality documents and good computer skills.
  • Previous supervisor/managerial experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and knowledge of governance within healthcare.
