Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and manage internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Forensic Science Regulator and UKAS, to ensure smooth and effective external assessments.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on quality management and regulatory compliance to senior management and other teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards, and ensure our organization remains compliant.
- Relevant degree or equivalent level of qualification in a relevant subject, and/or proven relevant work experience.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Experience of providing high-quality documents and good computer skills.
- Previous supervisor/managerial experience and excellent communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and knowledge of governance within healthcare.
