We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality function and drive continuous improvement across all quality processes and systems. As the QA Manager, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to quality and food safety, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards.

About the Role:

As the QA Manager, you will oversee and manage the quality assurance department, ensuring all processes align with industry standards and regulations. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product safety, consistency, and overall quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Quality Function: Oversee and manage the quality assurance department, ensuring all processes align with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement and monitor quality initiatives that enhance product safety, consistency, and overall quality.
  3. Ensure Compliance: Maintain and improve our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety standards and customer requirements.
  4. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with other departments, including production, procurement, and technical teams, to ensure quality is upheld at every stage of the process.
  5. Audit & Inspection Management: Prepare for and lead external audits, ensuring traceability, compliance, and readiness across the business.
  6. Crisis & Risk Management: Manage responses to any quality or food safety issues, implementing corrective actions and preventative measures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in quality assurance within the food industry, with a deep understanding of food safety standards and regulations.Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and a strong track record in audit preparation and management.
