About the Role

This is a leadership position that plays a key role in driving growth across multiple revenue streams, with a strong focus on corporate partnerships and trust fundraising. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of four and growing their own portfolio of fundraising partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive corporate partnerships and trust fundraising initiatives
  • Lead a team of four to achieve fundraising targets and deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value supporters, including corporate partners and trusts
  • Develop compelling proposals and pitches to secure funding from corporate partners and trusts
  • Oversee the development and implementation of innovative fundraising campaigns

About You

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record in leading corporate partnerships and trust fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a strong financial acumen.
