About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partnerships Development Officer to join our team at ICE Creates. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the growth of our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective partnerships strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, foundations, and individual donors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and funding streams
  • Develop and manage proposals, reports, and other materials to support partnerships and fundraising efforts
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement the organization's partnerships strategy

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in partnerships development, fundraising, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
